Condition for Returns
Item Condition: Items can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Defective Items: Full refunds or replacements would be provided for defective or damaged items, regardless of condition.
Customers can make exchanges for different sizes or colors, following the same return process.
Return Policy Visibility – Make the return policy easily accessible on the website, ideally linked in the footer and during checkout.

Return Process
Customers can initiate returns through their accounts. Prepaid return labels will be provided. Shipping cost may be deducting from the refund (if applicable).
